Build a new Energy Renovation Strategy around the Mediterranean
Multilevel Governance Model.
The model, produced in cooperation with the InterMediterranean Commission (CPMR IMC) of the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions, facilitates ideas and governance proposals to overcome the barriers identified and to enhance coordination between the different levels of pubic administrations (European, State Members, Regions and Municipalities) in order to implement Energy Renovation in Buildings EU Directives. Moreover, the model proposes how to integrate private organisations (on any demand or supply sides) within the cooperation hub.

RoadMap.
The roadmap is a common product from all MARIE regions that offers other MED Regions a guide, based on successful experiences, to ease development of new policy strategies and ERB planning in all MED regions that haven’t developed their own yet. It has 4 main steps, which are clearly reflected in the guide, and are Diagnostic, Objectives and Strategy settings, Actions definition and Implementation. This guide intends to be one of the main MARIE’s main outputs to facilitate the implementation of Energy Renovation in Buildings Strategies.

Associated Partners Platform (APP)
The MARIE APP was created during 2012 in order to facilitate the information and interaction of non-direct partners. Over 400 entities have already registered, from all MED countries. The MARIE APP will to give support to all public and private organisations involved in regional ERB strategies.
