Marketing and Communication Guide
Developped by Region Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, the objective of the guide is to provide a-three steps methodology to implement efficient communication actions to activate ERB demand on the territory. This user-friendly guide offers general methodology to analyse potential energy savings on the territory, define the Marketing approach, implement adequate communication plans. Each section offers a general overview on the key steps to be done with technical focus and numerous examples from the MARIE project. A specific section is dedicated to the innovative communication pilot actions implemented during the MARIE project and valuable information on their implementation and results.
It has been developed by the Union of Mediterranean Architects (UMAR) to improve buildings actors’ energy-related knowledge at all stages of the building life cycle. It is based in actual successful cases of ERB, and these best practices are collected and processed in order to identify their main contents and to detect, and cover, the main gaps and barriers within the energy renovation markets. Therefore, this programme covers both supply and demand side of ERB, and stimulates its activities.
